website for procedural writing

hello friends :)

I chanced upon this site while looking for some lit info, thought it would be a great resource for teaching procedural writing. Basically, it is a database of "how tos" on anything you could possibly want to do in the world. Students could be tasked with contributing an entry to this site, or surf through the various entries according to their own interests in order to get a sense of the grammatical features of procedural writing. Hm .. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this site for literature ( some rather dubious examples: "how to identify narrative style in literature" and "how to write a fable" ...), but it's definitely useful for english lessons!
